1. The patient scans the doctor's QR and gets a reference number.
2. Three photos: policy, Aadhaar and PAN are read, cross-checked and prefilled.

Claims Ignite removes those steps so a complete file reaches the insurer in minutes. That is the design target; time saved has not yet been measured on a live hospital unit, and a pilot measures it against a baseline.

The full flow runs today in demonstration against a simulated payer. Deployments for large hospital groups are being built. Live TPA portal and NHCX filing, and hospital information system connectors, are designed and are built during set-up.

Claims Ignite is designed to run in the hospital's own cloud account in an India region, from the hospital's repository and under its keys. The hospital is the data fiduciary under the DPDP Act and Zyanta is a processor with no standing access to production.
