What this website collects, and what we do with it.
This policy covers www.zyanta.com, run by Zyanta Digital Solutions LLP. It does not cover the products we build for clients, which have their own agreements.

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. We do not ask for, and this website does not collect, patient records, health information or payment details. Please do not put them in a form.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, to understand which pages are useful and where the site is confusing, and to keep the site secure and available. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers named above, who process it on our behalf, and authorities where the law requires it. Some of these providers store data outside India and Australia.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we are in conversation with you and for our business records afterwards. Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in each tool. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can block analytics with your browser settings or a content blocker and the site will still work. You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw consent, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and the Australian Privacy Act 1988. Email hello@zyanta.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we change what the site collects, we will update this page and the date at the top.
