Claims Ignite · for the insurance desk

The file is on your board before the patient reaches the counter.

The patient fills their half on their phone, the doctor fills the clinical half, and the pre-auth form generates itself. Your desk adds what only the hospital knows, checks nothing is missing, and submits.

What changes in your day

Today, four people share one paper trail. With Claims Ignite, one record is filled once.

Today

A queue, a document hunt, re-typing

Families queue at the counter with questions. Documents are photocopied and chased. The doctor's form is filled by hand, typed again into the portal, and queried when something is missing.

With Claims Ignite

The work arrives done

The patient's details, policy and identity documents are already read and cross-checked. The clinical half comes from the doctor. Your desk completes, checks and submits.

At the desk

Six things the desk board does for you.

Board

Every file in one place

New, in progress, with the doctor, submitted, queried and decided, updated as it happens.

Checks

The payer's own validators

The rules the payer applies are run before filing, so a file cannot be submitted with something missing.

Rooms

Room advisor

Each room class is priced against the policy's limit before the family chooses.

Cover

Sum-insured check

The estimate is checked against the remaining cover as you type.

Clocks

The IRDAI hours, counted live

Submitting starts the clock. A query pauses it. Warning thresholds alert the people you name.

Queries

Replies drafted from the record

The reply is prepared from what is already on file and attested by the doctor.

Liveall six run in demonstration, against a simulated payer

After submit

When the desk presses submit, you choose where the file goes next.

Option A · included

Claims Ignite files and tracks it

Channel adapters file with the TPA portal, NHCX or the insurer's API, and bring every query and decision back to the desk board and the patient's phone.

Option B · keep your claims platform

Hand the file to the system you already use

Claims Ignite delivers the complete file into it. Your team files and settles there, and status flows back so the patient's page stays live.

PlatformWhat its vendor says publiclyHow Claims Ignite hands over
ClaimBookClaim upload from Excel, CSV and PDF is live; a webhook export to HIS and ERP is listed as being built.Export in its upload template, by scheduled file or on demand. Webhook once available.

Questions

What this audience asks us.

Do we have to stop using ClaimBook or IHX?

No. After the desk presses submit you choose where the file goes. Claims Ignite can file and track it itself, or deliver the complete file into the claims platform you already use, with status flowing back so the patient's page stays live.

What does the desk still have to enter?

Only the bed, the estimate and what the hospital alone knows. The patient's details arrive from their phone, the clinical half from the doctor, and the pre-auth form is generated at the doctor's sign-off.

What happens when the insurer raises a query?

The query pauses the IRDAI clock and appears on the desk board. A reply is drafted from the record, the doctor attests it, and the clock resumes when it is sent.

Who controls the payer rules and document checklists?

Your insurance desk head. Which payers are empanelled, how each is filed, which documents each payer and procedure needs, and the warning thresholds on the clocks are all configuration you own.
